They fire people constantly. The sales team is mismanaged. The higher ups are basically politicians and spin everything so you can't trust them.

Very positive and friendly environment. Options for work from home. MS platinum partner which provides with possibilities to obtain knowledge and certify for free for MS technology stack.

Cons

Work only with Microsoft technology stack. Company needs more mature approach in way it promotes and provides employees with options for career development.
