      Pros

      Nice People to work with but most of them are gone due to layoff or change of jobs

      Cons

      New management doesn't have a clue on which market segment they should to focus in. Management have destroy the Storage organization because of their hope and dreams of IOT and Lumada which is not generating any revenue.

      Pros

      Solving very interesting technology problems that involve IoT and Data Science.

      Cons

      Bad mgmt, process, benefits, career advancement. New management really bad. Bringing in their own people and pushing aside all existing employees and ignoring existing employees, customer and products. Lots of turnover. Company doesn't really have any idea how to develop and deliver software products.

      Great people and great culture that is quickly eroding

      Cons

      New management brought in from GE Digital are bringing their ineptness to Hitachi like a virus. It is really incredible to witness the meltdown in engineering and strategy (which wasn't great before). There is absolutely no plan beyond hiring consultants to deflect real responsibility for product management. The recent kickoff presentation from Brad Surak (the Chief Strategist brought in from GE Digital) was missing any strategy or roadmap. Literally nothing tangible about any product line. How does an executive give a presentation on strategy and then not communicate a strategy?
