      Great co-workers, tons of talent, great perks and flexibility.

      Cons

      Terrible execution transforming from hardware to digital business. Below average salary with non existent raises Politics are slightly out of control Too much change with negative ROI.

      It was good firm couple of years back but not anymore. work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Sinking Ship, management throw you in the water to save themselves. Not many sales Lot of disconnect between management and staff If you are in bench for few days, you will get lay off Treat the staff as a resource. No human values. Benefits are not good. basically zero to 2% bonus even though you are 100% staffed Insight and Analytics team is the worst team in the entire organization.
