- Vacation time depending on your level - Smart co-workers - Work life balance depending on the project - Travel opportunities if you enjoy work travel

Cons

- Clueless leadership - Broken sales engine leading to lack of projects - Insulting bonus payouts, if any - Lack of company culture, don’t even have a physical office anymore in most of the locations.

Good HSA plan, $500 per year for gym memberships, $500 per year you can expense on anything, and they have a 6% 401K Match.

Cons

There is a good amount of bureaucracy, but that should be expected at most companies this size/age.
