Business Outlook
Pros
It really keeps you busy. I love how easily the time passes when you are wrapped up in a project and don't pay any mind to the time. The pay is reasonable, and the feel in the store changes with the seasons which keeps you from getting bored. I love the easy work environment and co workers are easy to get along with.
Cons
Sometimes you are too busy, but thats what keeps the job interesting. There isnt enough time to get everything done, like entire isle moves, in the time they give you to do it. I wish there was more predictability in scheduling, sometimes its hard to change your schedule at the drop of a hat when you have multiple family schedules to work around.
