Pros

$12 per hour for full time employees. Generous Christmas bonus.

Cons

Very hard work with fewer people doing the work because they pay us so well. Very high turnover rate, and vacancies aren't filled right away so management can keep payroll costs down, instead they just bully the rest of us into working faster and harder. There is also a high degree of favoritism, with the favorite people being exempt from cashiering, while the rest of the department staff having to stop work in their departments to cover the lack of sufficient cashiers. Also, while they offer health benefits and vacations, these are only offered to full time employees, and vacations can only be taken one week at a time, so that we aren't off during our Saturday to work, which is every other Saturday.

Pros

Cons

management is disrespectful...I was told to shut up by my manager...more than once several employees written up for stock room in disarray even though they were doing multiple store pulls and resets...was hirede full time 1 st week of benefits i was told that hours would be cut....no clear communication or plans of action..... the Green's need to really look at their vision and values and do a major overhaul or some conversion of higher management into their christian views....i wouldnt reccommend my worst enemy this torture...practice what you preach

Pros

Some weekends off. Good place if you just want to be an hourly employee.

Cons

On the road a lot. Must be "IN" with upper management for promotions. Pay is low for workload given. Long hours and hard to get time off. Looked down apon when asked for time off to see doctors. Benefits are below stanards and must take in first 30 days or there is no opportunity to receive them after. They send information packets to wrong addresses so you can receive the benefits.
