Pros

Pay is fair, Christmas bonus in nice Closed on Sundays is a big plus Day goes fast, there is always plenty going on

Cons

LONG hours Intimidating style from senior managment too many supervisors telling you too many different things

Pros

Sometimes you are off on Sundays. Decent Starting Salary.

Cons

Many promises made to many co-managers for advancement and never mentored to advance. Expected to reach unreasonable tasks within a reasonable time frame. Prides themselves on family values. Didn't see much of it during my tenor.

Pros

Like being around stuff I love to do Store discount (15%)

Cons

Only a very few people are hired at that $10 an hour full-time status. And their hours are cut below 35 a week to the point that their insurance is affected. Most of us are part-time at just a hair above minum wage. Never know our schedule more than a few days ahead. Very few people work in the store so we have to "cover" for a LOT of departments! Ordering system is a JOKE. They do everything on paper, which takes DAYS. A computer system could have it done in 20 minutes!
