Prehistoric systems still being used for checkout, ordering, and inventory. The schedule for each week is posted at 5pm on Fri. or early on Sat. Don't try to plan your life. They use alot of "Guilt or You should be happy you got a job" on the employees. And management is always in panic mode. "Do it now and do it fast". And many times the chore is done wrong and has to be done twice. We do alot of move it here and move it there. Sometimes items are moved so much we cannot help the customers because we cannot find the items ourselves.

could be better communication between employees and management, was told that full-time positions are hard to come by because of the $10/ hour minimum and that you had to be there three months before you could become full-time, still not sure if I'm going to be full-time or not and will have been there three months in a few weeks, doesn't seem like there is a lot of promotion within
