Pros

Pay is great for retail. Closed on Sundays. Great Benefits. Bonuses are nice and it's pretty easy to hit your goal if you put in the work.

Cons

Upper Management creates problems that aren't there. Store Test are a joke...way too much playing favorties. Corporate vistits are almost on a weekly basis.

Pros

WONDERFUL customers (craft people are nice) Lots of skills can be gained Very family-like atmosphere with the first manager of my store--2nd manager, nice, but different employees where hired--so entirely different store.

Cons

Differing managers account for differing store experiences Relatives of current store management can get hired VERY quickly and promoted too (this is only a con if you are not a relative--but it's a wonderful pro/opportunity if you are to show and to learn that you have what it takes to be a manager. IF you can get into management, that's a great learning opp.

Pros

-some great people to work with -very flexible with scheduling -recieved raise after one year

Cons

-I feel like the feedback for good work performance was significantly less than the feedback for poor work performance -it seems that the way they keep track of inventory is out-dated
