Pros
I was pleasantly surprised with how supportive, energetic, and fun the Creative Department was. I worked there for 6 years and learned a ton in the writing team.
Cons
The infrastructure and rules (at least at the time) were quite strict. We got pinged and noted if we were even one minute late to clock in. PTO was restricted and very closely monitored, even though I was hardly ever busy enough to fill 40 hours a week.
