Pros
The attorneys I work for are awesome! The paralegals I work with are equally amazing. This is my first job as a paralegal and everyone in my department has been so patient with me and are always so willing to answer all of my many questions. The environment here is great. Everyone cares about the well-being of each team member and it honestly feels like a family!
Cons
There aren’t separate banks for sick and vacation time. As a working mother with small children, I feel like I’ll never be able to take a real vacation with my family because the little time off I receive is always being used for sick time and/or doctors appointments.
