      Pros

      Tuition remission - the only reason to work here is for the free tuition - either for yourself, your spouse, or your kids. Your work rarely comes home with you.

      Cons

      You need to know someone in order to get anything done - if you don't, you're screwed. Communication within and across departments is terrible. Every department is concerned about money.

      Vacation time is excellent, 3 Weeks plus week during the xmas holidays

      Upper management is clueless, every department is protecting their own territory. Too many old timers that should of been booted long ago.
