Pros

Start-up culture of problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration, work/life balance is excellent (hours are set, pace is manageable) and there is a lot of emphasis on personal growth and support from managers. Being fully remote also has many perks

Cons

Training in a fully remote environment has its challenges as you don't always have someone to answer your questions. It's also harder to pick up what is going on around you, so harder to get a sense of the whole company and how it works

Pros

Making a career with Hofy is happening on the fly. Adding value and knowledge within a Start Up is moving forward. From the perspective of Engineer, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, it's all in the game. Compensation & Benefits are set against the value you add and the market price, which is fair. A no nonsense and straight forward way of doing business in do what you say and say what you do. Love this mentality. Where you coming from or what you are is not a thing. You do your thing, that is what defining your value for your role. The senior management is 100% approachable and the teams are committed to out success. Work & Life balance is absolute amazing. From home or other countries, depending on the task you'd like to complete.

Cons

The downside of working at Hofy is when you have nothing to add, you should not be with Hofy.
