Top conditions and benefits in the Israeli Hi-Tech industry (dog-friendly office, in-house chef, game room, tons of snacks 24/7). You have 100% independence while at work, you own your domain and you create your day and work environment.

Cons

Peers and management are doing their best not to get to attached to other employees in general, there are friends in Hola, but the spirit and feel of it is more like "we're colleagues". People are staying late to grind more hours, they require you to work a minimum amount of hours per week/month, and they are enforcing it.

Great company to learn and see how startup is being built from scratch. Some of the great minds in developing new products and technology. Great atmosphere, great collaegues, and lots of treats and Compensations from the company.

Cons

If you are not in to come to work and work hard in order to succed it's not the place for you.
