      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Great culture, the company cares about the employees and establishes a warm and welcoming environment. There is a gym on site, fitness classes two days a week, and a rewards program for staying active. There is also a cafe on site and a seating area to encourage mingling.

      Cons

      The salaries are lower than at some other companies. The travel reimbursement can be difficult to use. The benefits are not great.

      Deals peandered out for up to 6 months. My numbers were great but I wasn’t getting paid

      Management treats you poorly Managers will always prioritize high performs even if someone needs help. Not enough shadow shifts Poor communication
