Pros

Easy to get hired as it seems they will hire anyone and you can work from home. Decent benefits.

Cons

Easily get burnt out taking 40 to 60 calls per day. They have made several changes to their pay plan which make it extremely difficult to make good money selling their vacation packages (which require a timeshare presentation). For starters you have to sell at least 13 each week before you start making money. Seems like each year they continue to make it harder for us by raising the highest sales tier, which was gradually increased from 23 to 33 sales per week). I have made over one hundred thousand in past years and this past year I am only making close to $60k selling the same amount of packages per year. With the new compensation plan I will be surprised if in 2024 I will make 45k. Top performers at this company are lying to customers, mumbling through the QA or fine print.

Pros

Hybrid schedule, great team, management are supportive overall great benefits. Work culture is great! They are supportive and fun place to work if you just do your job.

Cons

Pay could be a bit better
