Well established business, with great benefits and compensation. Opportunities for advancement, and perks for staying at the various resorts. Working with cloud and distributed systems when architecting new solutions and products. A great set of people working in the IT department. Management is very supportive of the IT department.

Cons

The company's systems suffer from some heavy technical debt and lack of documentation which built up over a period of several years of mismanagement. Current management is aware of it and, to their credit, is implementing their plans to reduce it. It's moving in the right direction, but a lot of that debt will still be there for a few years.
