I worked with some really nice people. Great location and beautiful office. Free soda too!

Cons

Bonuses for this position are based on how much the salespeople are selling. Not enough control over my own income.

Pros

Call center - call center perks. Indoor, mid grade equipment. Training was very good. Energetic company.

Cons

Micromanagement. Very restricted in the training phase. Calls we’re heavy heavy monitored ( traffic flow).
