      Wonderful and supportive management, decent opportunities to advance internally if you have flexible schedule and good work ethic.

      Cons

      Guests are mostly cranky and like to cause problems, phones ring often, requires a good bit of industry knowledge

My department really values work-life balance and understand that people have families and obligations. If you work hard and get your work done, you'll be rewarded.
