Poor management No room for growth Little training Will consider employees seasonal, even if they work for over a year at 20-30 hours a week. Will not give raises to "seasonal" employees after a year. No call in procedure, not allowed to have sick days. No breaks for shifts less than 8 hours in length.

Revolving door of employees. The company has unrealistic sales goals that are almost impossible to meet in the timeshare industry.
