      Pros

      Family atmosphere - many employees have been there since the resort opened in the 1980s. Opportunities for advancement by hiring from within the company. Managers were respectful of you and your time and were willing to work with you if they saw potential in your abilities.

      Cons

      There is some favoritism that occurs - if you make friends with your bosses you're much more likely to get ahead faster.

      nothing pros really, if you are lucky and they like u personnaly u get good schedule and make really littl money,

      Cons

      peaple got families to support, dont scam them and sell them the idea of making money, that is not fair, timeshare is not like that, they push you down with the worst schedule and keep u there, they got a team already set making money and making the departement money, they just need extra peaple to fill up empty spots,
