Lack of leadership and recognition

Lots of smoke blowing from upper management on how to advance within the company. The company talks a great game but once you get involved you can see that it's all for show with little follow through. Health Insurance is astronomical at best for below average coverage. I spent almost 1/3 of my paycheck on health care. For as large as this company is their plan options are terrible. I've worked for much smaller companies that offer significantly better and far more affordable health care options for their employees. Also the pay is terrible unless you want to work 55 hours a week to make ends meet stay away at all costs.
