Pros

The employees and staff are great! Very friendly and team oriented. The base pay is good 16hr, full time is 35hrs. There is opportunity to make great money without long work hours.

Cons

The commission structure is NOT base + Commission like they claim during the interview processes and training it is Base OR commission which ever is higher. In outbound your job is to sell appointments for time share tours. $250 commission for a weekday appointment and $150 commission for a weekend appointment. If the customer DOES NOT attend their scheduled tour you DON'T get paid ANY commission for that appointment. So you can work you butt off have 8 appointments set for the week, only 3 show up and your commission is only $450-$750 instead of $1200-$2000. Your paycheck is determined by people showing up to tours that live hundreds of miles away from you. You don't even get a percentage of the commission for the no shows. Keep in mind you are charging customers $49 to schedule the appointment which is NON REFUNDABLE if they don't show. The company makes money from your work even if they no show and you get nothing.
