Pros

Fun work environment, steady income

Cons

A lot of favoritism towards select employees, management unprofessional towards each other, monthly bonuses and commission not reliable and very low compared to other collection position. VERY high turnover rate. Company hires with temp agencies at a high rate $15 hr, and then hire permanently with company at $12/$13 hour but says its worth it due to bonuses. However bonuses are extremely low for this type of collection position. A lot of overtime available, but it becomes too much to work so much overtime for the amount of money actually being received for it. Too tiring.

Pros

Potential for a great income. Get to dress nice everyday and talk about vacations. Without a doubt some of the best co-workers that you could ever hope for.

Cons

One of the worst places I've ever worked for! The only reason I stayed was because my coworkers became like a second family. But make no mistake this company lies to their employees on a daily basis. Remember on the sales side it is a 100% commission job. The benefits are some of the worst in the industry, and that came directly from the benefits coordinator I met with. I have never seen such a high turnover and the first year I worked for them 80% of the sales team that was there when I started had been fired or quit 12 months later. They are very diligent about pushing the image of this being a family company and the product being all about bringing families together. The truth of the matter is that they only care about the sales numbers. You can lie and cheat and as long as you have great numbers it is mostly overlooked. If you are hard-working and loved by customers and coworkers a like they will fire you in an instant if your numbers go down. I could go on and on about the broken promises made to employees and customers alike. All in all it comes down to this. They keep you going with the promise of high pay and benefits. Unfortunately, almost no one ever gets to enjoy that promise. If you are ever considering this company the best advice I have for you is to talk privately with a few employees in the same position you're considering. I promise you it will be very eye-opening.

Pros

Relaxed, privately owned company so higher pay than competition. A lot of growth within the company.

Cons

Very cliquey, if you're not well liked you will not last long. Biased environment.
