The trainer I had was amazing and really hyped me up and had me excited about the job. Come time to be on the sales floor, I wasn't assigned a team leader. Okay, stuff happens they are an expanding company. 5 weeks later still no team lead. I didn't have anyone to guide me or help me with the things I was struggling with. Made it out like everyone was so helpful. Not true. There was a select few people who actually seemed like the did care and the people who did were amazing. Sad I left because the pay is amazing, best comp plan I have ever seen. It really is an awesome company, I just happened to be one of the select few that happened to get lost in transit. Paid holidays, pto, sick days, awesome break room, pretty laid back enviorment.

There is literally limitless earning potential here. The managers pay is tied to how well you perform so it is in their best interest to help you and coach you to become more successful. Attitude and effort really control how high you go. I love what I get to do for a living and I love the people I get to work with on a daily basis.
