      Pros

      Had a positive experience at HICV. Good training, good pay, You write your own paychecks so follow the process and you can do well. Benefits are good, good people overall, the best timeshare company in my opinion.

      Cons

      Lots of leadership on different pages. Lots of changing schedules must be adaptable.

      Pros

      You can work remote on Fridays.

      Cons

      Way too much work for the pay. Constant manufactured stress. Went from 2 days working remote to only 1 day. Constant turnover and people quitting so work is being reassigned all the time. No one seems happy working here.
