Pros
A good stepping stone job for those with little professional experience. Even with 4 years experience at other hotels, I learned a lot. Im now being considered for much better paying positions because of my time here. Your duties make it a solid resume builder
Cons
Very low pay. Even with four years experience, I was started near minimum wage and waa never increased to a fair wage for the work expected of me. If you don't need a stepping stone to professional life, it's giant, poorly compensative waste of your time and energy
