Pros

Meeting out of town, often out of the country guests. Friendships built with co-workers (work space is small so close relationships will build)

Cons

Pay for the amount of work expected is LOW, getting pay increases....VERY DIFFICULT!

Pros

great management, great people working as a team, easy-going and no stressful place to work. I wont mind to work overtime there... everybody is so friendly, the girls- housekeepers do amazing job there. the place is spotless clean. the new manager /owner is very professional businessmen and also very kind and gentle for his employees and guest staying at the hotel. No drama, no problems... I would like to go back to work there...

Cons

everything was great.. but, well... the pay is not great, but it's probably the "average" you can make at the hospitality business. Housekeepers work hard, and they are getting her tips, but as a Front desk receptionist, even "the best" and "super friendly" I won't get enough money every week to pay my bills ...

Pros

Get to work alone. Be recognized for your efforts.

Cons

No overtime. But they make you do two or three jobs. They are always short handed so your doing create work with now extra pay.
