Pros
Both times I have worked for this company the General Manger was great until the end of both my employment time.
Cons
This company allows for employees to talk bad about other employees, and for employees to have affairs with other employees who are married and management supports this type of behavior from employees. They knew that this behavior was going on did nothing about it. In fact they condoned it.
