Staff discount when travelling and staying at other Holiday Inn Expresses Smaller environment translating to less stress Workload will not be overwhemling

Hotels are individually franchised, so services and experiences may vary Pay if comparable only to other small hotels or B&B

Pros

I guess it gave me work history to put on my resume. There are a lot of companies who like to see previous hospitality work experience.

Cons

They do not take care of there employee's. I was there for over a year and did not get any benefits! I started out in May 2012 getting paid $7.47 and ended in August getting paid $7.69, terrible! Overall it was not a good experience, especially since I was there for over a year. I did not get any promotions and only a .22 cent pay increase total.
