Pros

Started right away with no experience, caught on pretty quickly. Hotel Owner was very involved with operations and staff and took care of current and former employees.

Cons

Alot of gossip behind the desk, Front Desk Manager Trish didn't know how to communicate an issue when it comes up, instead waiting to unload everything she believes was done wrong in a rant, and not always to your face. Picked up alot of hours due to becoming the only night shift person almost immediately, and this went unnoticed and unappreciated in many ways. Alot of expectations for a job that will only ever pay minimum wage. If you go over 40 hours, they do not have to pay overtime to hotel workers in the state of Maryland. Beware

Pros

Great manager, great front desk team, very accommodating to schedule

Cons

They have favorites, some team members don't pull their weight, hk turnover, pay could be better, higher up managers will leave you to the wolves when you need help. Will not promote based on best person for certain positions but instead on personal favoritism.
