Coworkers, get to meet people from around the world and different backgrounds, really good professional experience.

Cons

Normal customer service cons. Stressful at times, rude disgruntled customers, pay.

Pros

This company incentives employees when they make an effort to be the best at their jobs. They help with dental and medical insurance and allways give a Christmas Bonus.

Cons

As with any other company, there are some managers who arenit leaders and make your job a little too hard for you but you can learn to be the best even when not recognized by your superiors.
