Pros

The hotel was new so working conditions were good, employee discount

Cons

Management was horrible, didn't share covid exposures, forced to work with no help on busy days, made feel guilty for taking time off even when only hired for part time.

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, always encouraged to work as a team,

Cons

Generally understaffed; most employees seemed overworked. Often asked to fill in for other departments with little to no compensation or acknowledgment aside from pay. Management barely recognized the issue or the low morale since it wasn't costing them extra money.
