Pros

Relaxing, Comforting environment as well as very friendly staff and work colleagues. I learnt a lot there and there is always the opportunity to progress through the ranks.

Cons

Working in a kitchen/restaurant isn't always glamourous. Often get grumpy or arrogant customers with which you have to remain calm and treat the customer well.

Pros

Health insurance, 50%food discount. Nice staff,management useless.

Cons

Terrible management. Was hired as full time,slowly given less hours. Laid off during holiday with one day notice. Lasted three weeks. Complain to the union rep. Nothing done. Absolutely terrible ending to a job that I was lured into because I was promised full time.

get to work with different people each shift, and customers! get comfortable quickly with friendly staff and produce quality events.

Cons

The hours can be rather long and unsociable and you loose your weekends.
