Pros

Hours, if you get a shift you like. Employee rate if you can afford to go anywhere.

Cons

Franchise. Low pay, no benefits other than employee rate. Lots of responsibility without compensation. Manager never available to guests. Not enough employees. Office supplies/equipment needed for daily functions not kept on hand or out of order frequently.

Pros

For the most part they leave you alone and let you do your job.

Cons

There is one crazy lady who likes to micromanage and belittles all the workers.

Pros

Fairly flexible shifts. Am able to work permanent part time while being a full time student. Am able to get discount on a gym in my area. Qualify for CostCo wholesale membership. Get staff discounts on IHG group hotels which i have used a few times, from £65 a night to £30 a night for deluxe rooms, however this could change as a different company has bought out the franchise.

Cons

Wages are quite low. Job sometimes feels like hard labour, management cutting down staff numbers, feels a little understaffed at times, Work can get intense on a busy day.
