Pros

The customers make coming to work worthwhile and doing the bar service at a wedding is always a good feeling seeing people happy and enjoying them selves.

Cons

Right here we go. 1) The hours are very long and if you get a break in a 8+hr shift see your self lucky! 2) Zero hours contracts means that you can have gaps in work. The longest I had was 6 weeks. 3) The brand despite the name is very cheap and tacky 4) Pay could be better 5) The management team need to get involved and listen to their employees instead of being focused on money. 6) There are no routes to progression. 7) Over worked and underpaid. 8) People giving out orders who do not have the right or hierarchical position to do so. 9) Staff retention is low
