Fuel and merchandise discount. Pretty good benefits. Good branding and quality of products.

Cons

It's like being in high school again, good work ethic does not mean success. It's all about how much butt you're willing to kiss or how hard you're willing to throw someone under the bus. They say they want you to work as a team and yet everyone is always pitted against one another. I work about 45 hours a week with a totally random schedule.

when a transfer comes in the employees at that station gets the downside..(hrs cut, get put on different shift that was orginally hired for)

Gas discount, free fountain drinks during shifts, and honestly that is it

Cons

No matter how hard you work it will never be good enough, absolutely ZERO praise for any of the employees from mgmt., low pay, unfair treatment
