      ok for a part time position, but will never let anyone go to full time but expect you to do the work as S.Lead

      Pros

      flexable schedule, great co workers, ok pay if your use to bottom line minimum wage jobs.

      Cons

      Upper mangement offers good money for advancement, then does not follow through it should not take over 2 years to become a shift lead, when they offer it to you they do not follow through with showing you what you need to do to complete the process.

      Pros

      The customers were great they made each day new and interesting. Always plenty of work which makes the day go by quick. Gas and food discounts were a plus. Decent health and dental coverage for those who work full time.

      Cons

      Pay was horrible and upper management thinks of you as a number not a human being. No matter how hard you work it will never be enough to please management. High turnover rate due to lack of pay.

      Weekly Pay, Uniform Allowance, Benefits including Vacation.

      Cons

      Frequently scheduled "over-and-back" shifts (i.e. 3pm to 11pm followed by a 7am to 3pm shift). Finding people to cover when you are ill is difficult if not impossible.
