Pros

Not a whole lot of pros I can think of. Free pops or coffee. Paid weekly.

Cons

Micromanagement from coporate and D.M. Pay is awful. They discourage people from talking about pay. The managers and corporate make way more money than the “lower” employees. The Assistant managers barely make any more than a cashier and end up doing as much if not more than the manager. Every week is a new email about some new policy or rule nagging the employees about one trivial issue or another. Actually care about all employees not just managers.

Pros

It was close to where I live so that was convenient for someone who doesn't drive. Weekly pay was good. Overnight shift differential was nice. Employee discount was decent.

Cons

The managers they appoint are inexperienced and unprofessional. District management included. I had an HR issue and management wouldn't give me the persons direct number. HR never returned any of the messages I left them. I never got a chance to talk or meet with my HR representative before termination. Seemed weird and unethical. This company let's more than two family members work at the location I was formally employed at.

Pros

Close relations with your co-workers, get to be your own boss, independent work, physical demands, fluid work day

Cons

too much responsibility on a singular person, ineffective communication and team work, accountability of others is put on the shoulders of the people who are doing their job correctly.
