Busy days go by very fast, I look forward to seeing the regular customers.

Cons

Low pay, terrible health benefits until you’ve worked almost an entire year because of the “look back” process they currently use.

Pros

A few good co-workers to work with and occasional interesting and good customers that come through makes the job a little more tolerable. Week paid vacation if you can survive that long working there. Opportunities for overtime. Weekly pay.

Cons

Poor management, most at current store do not address issues with customers or employees that cause problems and do not want to take on the role and responsibilities of a manager, such as finding a replacement for call-ins leaving you to handle a busy night by yourself. Overnight needs 2 people to tend to the list of chores, amount of customers that come through, theft prevention, drive-off prevention, and robbery prevention. Rude customers outweigh the respectful and nice customers. Having to work 3 times harder to make up for employees from previous or current shifts not doing their job and just standing around. Double standards where they expect you to get everything done and stay after till it is complete, but others can leave at end of their shift with chores not being done or complete.
