      Pros

      I work in my own neighborhood, so it's been a fun place to work overall. Even though I never thought I'd work in a gas station, I've learned a lot and grown as a person as well. My motto is. "I've been good to Holiday, and Holiday's been good to me!"

      Cons

      Frequent changes in management becomes a challenge as an employee. When rapport has been built and the manager leaves, it seems like starting over again. Also,if you happen to click with one manager's style more than another, then the adjustment can be negative (or positive, depending on the situation).

      Weekly pay, extra hours if needed, free pop, lots of interaction with customers, money to eat, discounts, free pop, weekly pay, gas discounts, holiday pay.

      Cons

      Untrained and uneducated management, rude coworkers and management, inability to do schedule correctly or in timely manner, lacking in work ethics. The company doesn't care who they hire as long as they are breathing. High turn over. Disrespectful employees and managers.
