Building relationships with frequent customers.

Cons

They're famous for interviewing you for Store Manager position and only offering Assistant Manager position. As AM I worked till 11:30pm every shift including ever Saturday and Sunday and every holiday including Christmas. St. Paul area has terrible, degrading district management. Other areas may be fine but mine was the most stressful job I've ever had.

Some employees calling in for there scheduled shifts. Employees who don't complete there duties.

Great employee training, wonderful customers, easy to use computers, quick training, great benefits.

Cons

Low pay, only 5 minute breaks every 2 hours, typical work day was 10 - 11 hour shifts.
