Pros

HSI provides a lot of programs to their employees. I’m just going to touch on a couple. Some employees take it vantage of the lunch program. Some take advantage of the ability to take a loan from the company and pay back with no interest instead of utilizing a payday loan with extra exorbitantly high interest rates. Employees utilize the mentor ship program and the company and use their evaluations to grow within the company. Other employees Utilize the military benefits for the employees such as when they leave for deployment ,training or schooling the company holds his or her position and continues their benefits. I personally know this is true because I have utilize those benefits. So I personally want to say thank you to the management of HSI and to the CEO directly for offering that because a lot of other employers do not do this in fact the company has won the ESGR award because it’s employees put Holiday Systems International in for the award. That means The,military reserve ,national guard and veterans recommended that company for the award. Holiday Systems International also has a program that promotes exchange programs so people from other countries can come and work for HSI. Holiday Systems International will also assist you and working on a civilian education to help promote you within the company allowing you to take college credits in whatever field you want. Lastly Holiday Systems International allows you to utilize its cruises resorts and other products and services that it’s company offers.

Cons

If you want to work for a company that not only supports people who support you then this is the company for you. If you want to work for a company where you’re not held accountable for your actions then this is not the company for you. If you want a company that promotes growth from the inside then this is a company that you want to apply yourself and attempt to move up

Pros

I worked for HSI for almost 3 years. The only reason I left is because I had a family situation that required me to move out of state for a time. I am really shocked and frankly pissed off by these recent posts and it really seems like the same person or persons just reposting because they are mad and trying to hurt the company. None of these things are true. The company is full of really good people who really love the company and Work really hard to do a good job for the clients. Many of the longtime staff not only had worked there for years but many left for other jobs and came back to the company! Doesn’t sound at all like what these last posts want you to believe huh. Do the executives work a lot of hours, yes. But not all of them and not all of the time. The fact is that it’s a company that is always growing launching new products and new clients and as a tech company that requires hard work and a good team, never in all my life have I experienced better teamwork and team spirit than when Working with the team on a new product launch at the company. As far as not being paid for overtime goes, anyone knows that’s a lie. The company pays staff by the books by the laws. As far as the comments about the CEO, someone is obviously targeting him and it just hurts the company and the rest of the staff. Really sad that people are this petty. My experience with the CEO was that he was an honest and driven guy that had a lot of passion and energy but that was kind to staff. He kept staff that literally cost the company millions because he knew they needed the money and I never heard of a situation where he actually fired anyone even when they made big mistakes or lied to him. He would personally give hourly agents cash from his pocket just to tell them that he thought they were doing a good job. The times I heard him get the most upset was when he found out that employee reviews were behind, and another time when a manager threatened to fire an employee who needed to go home for family but could work from home and said she would. He was really upset for her and apologized for the company and stepped in on her behalf. This is the same owner who would loan anyone money including past employees who needed help. When my family emergency happened he allowed me paid leave and was supportive and never once made me feel bad for needing to move on. A real standup guy. The world is a sad enough place without these lowly petty people trying to make up stories to hurt people. That’s what you are doing is hurting your coworkers. Move on if it’s not for you and find something that makes you happy if that’s possible but don’t just be an immature person and post lies because you can’t come to terms with your situation. And please don’t call yourself a professional if you are going to do this stuff. This isn’t what professionalism looks like.

Cons

Not enough staff that can help at the higher levels. Need more talented managers to help with growth. Promoting from within his good but it must be balanced with fresh professional hires.

Pros

None Nada! There are no pros. Don't go on the look of the company, it's hell from inside

Cons

The CEO is shady.. This company is an abusive working environment. The CEO is a jerk. People hate each other. Long working hours. No holidays. Minimum benefit. CEO could fire anybody anytime. Literally Managers Calls you at night 11PM and ask you to start working. You'll have to work at-least 60 hours/week , Including Saturdays and Sundays. Literally a Guy comes to you desk on Friday and ask you to give your timings to work for saturday and sunday. This thing is WORSE... Never make a mistake by accepting offer from this company. They will make you work overtime everyday without paying. There's no culture no values no fun...Only Work WORST COMPANY I HAVE WORKED EVER!!
