Pros

Growth opportunity, bonuses (from cash to gift cards), fun coworkers! Management is attentive and easy to talk to. I like to keep busy and days fly by here.

Cons

When the phones get busy it's hard to manage all workload.

If you've worked for a bad company before, just wait...

Pros

A lot of the people who work there are very nice and fun. Other than that? I would otherwise say a paycheck, but when the Owner (I refuse to call him a CEO) jests that you should bow down and thank him for your job,it's not really that. I guess it's about comparative to most sweat shops run in Nevada...

Cons

Ohh, where to begin... HR: Non-existent, the last HR manager they had, left on medical due to stress and PTSD, and sued the company shortly after her "resignation". This company works on strictly terror and fear. The level of anxiety that arises when the owner opens the door, to the parking garage, causes whispers and looks that would complete any horror movie. If you insist on derogatory remarks being in just about every conversation with this "Management" staff, this is the place for you. IT: Antiquated, in all aspects. Cutting edge is not what this company is about. The concept of hardware or software life cycle management is beyond this companies concepts, and financial capability. From aging infrastructure to programming. .net 3.5? Maybe. Lets use .net wrappers for java code. Hey is there a code repository? Oh, the list goes on... Agents (all): Worked and abused, just as the rest. Threatened to meet unrealistic goals, and no worries about bonuses people, there are none for doing better. Lets face it, the worst thing about this place is the "yes, sir" people who come really close to violating employment laws, or covering up harassment issues... Harassment you say? Yes, it's posted, albeit in a very obscure place, in public but out of the public view... Work / Life balance, yes you work to live here... Family? Do you really want to see them? Honestly, I have heard the remark "My programmers work 70 hours a week and are begging for more hours...", mind you they are SALARIED employees, so, yeah no overtime if you were wondering. If you work less than 50 hours you are brought before the man, where you can be shamed and ridiculed, if not harassed and threatened to do "more for the company", or my favorite was, "why do you hate everyone here??" comment... nice guilt trips daily if you're a trauma survivor, much like the upper management... Senor management: Ummm... Lets just say they have a unique way of ignoring issues, and forcing the company agenda, and lying, lots of lying and backstabbing.. Most learn to just compartmentalize their employment there for their own sanity. Culture and Values: If you're not Vegan, get ready for the "you kill animals" talks, over and over and over.... not to mention the forced veganism in the monthly "newsletter". And the joy of receiving an email discussing why you should vote a certain way, and what you should think... This employment opportunity should be your absolute last resort.. Oh and any positive comment that is more than 2.5 stars is one of four people who spam up the pluses so they don't scare everyone away. And yes, this is done on all review sites from this to yelp... But who knows, maybe they are in lieu of the apology for ending ones "suspension"... or in addition too.. Need to stroke egos.... The amount of distrust and blatant lies has far exceeded obscene and has gone completely past absurd...

Pros

Not much, as I can’t think of a single positive thing about my job. Oh wait, I do get paid, so I guess there’s that.

Cons

Everything is a challenge! Micromanagement is the mission statement of the CEO. You can’t bring your own style, because everything is scripted. You have to be a friend of someone at the company to advance. Simply a job, no career opportunities here! No benefits! Not even really any friendly people, as everyone is pretty defeated and demoralized.
