      Pros

      From the outside, Holland and knight is a large and respectable law firm. They have piles of cash.

      Cons

      If you aren't a partner or associate, then you are treated as just another expendable employee. Raises and bonuses are small regardless of performance of the individual or the firm. I have yet to meet a single employee that seems to genuinely like their job. Most coworkers are apathetic and just look to protect their fiefdoms.
