      Pros

      Nice offices. Convenient location. Flexible work schedule. Dress is casual. Decent work/life balance. Encourages community involvement and provides opportunities for group volunteer work during business hours.

      Cons

      Poor corporate culture. Company morale is terrible. Upper management and HR department lacks skill and expertise. Limited advancement opportunities, no clear path for promotion. Unusually high turnover. Compensation for non-lawyers is generally low to average.

      There is no micro-managing, so your time is yours. There is no management of any kind actually.

      Cons

      It's a little Peyton Place. There is no assistance from management to be found for staff. There is no support for staff. There is no records dept. to speak of. As a secretary, you are on your own.
