      Pros

      As an employee on on the administrative side of the firm, the general work atmosphere is good. Pay for lower level positions is higher than what you might be able to earn elsewhere.

      Cons

      Although they claim to promote from within, they rarely do. They are constantly firing staff and hiring new, cheaper employees.

      Pros

      It is a very laid back environment in the IT dept. I love the people that I work with.

      Cons

      Some managers need direction. It seems like you are always changing gears due to a lack of anyone being able to make a decision.
