      Pros

      Parking, offices, casual Friday, looks good on resume.

      Cons

      Incompetent, untrustworthy, rude IT management , poor morale, high turn over rate, no IT talent (all the talent is leaving or has left), below market compensation, high insurance, long hours, rude attorneys, the cheapest solution is the best solution, no advancement, no training, teamwork is discouraged overall a really bad place for IT professionals.

      Pros

      Really nice offices, decent work space, smart and ambitious lawyers who work on interesting topics. Great for learning legal information in various practices. You will read, learn and interact with smart people who dedicate their lives to their work.

      Cons

      The firm acts warm, friendly and engaging throughout the interview process but don't let this facade fool you. Ultimately, Holland & Knight preaches on the value of open communication and employee growth but when the time comes for someone to have your back those who can make an impact disappear and the last man standing is the one who logged in the most hours, not the person who openly communicates or strives towards growth. Don't come to this firm if you seek an environment where leaders promote and mentor new leaders. Do come with a solid understanding of the industry and do not expect hand holding. I recommend you have your "tough-act" down and get ready to work, work, work.
