Great job stability, wonderful coworkers, and good benefits.

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between upper management and workers. Also, there is absolutely no job growth.

Not one of the best places to work

Pros

Great downtown location. I believe that it must be good if you're a lawyer, otherwise, God help us all (IT People).

Cons

Extremely low moral. No teamwork whatsoever. Notorious to hire cheap fresh out-of-college (no offense, I've been there) to replace more experienced employees. Expensive health benefits if you have family.

Nice offices. Convenient location. Flexible work schedule. Dress is casual. Decent work/life balance. Encourages community involvement and provides opportunities for group volunteer work during business hours.

Cons

Poor corporate culture. Company morale is terrible. Upper management and HR department lacks skill and expertise. Limited advancement opportunities, no clear path for promotion. Unusually high turnover. Compensation for non-lawyers is generally low to average.
