It's great to read that the flexibility of your CAM role offered you a great work-life balance and the ability to manage your own day. Reading the cons, it's disappointing to see how your initial onboarding into Hologic made you feel. Our training and orientation process is designed to equip you with all the tools and knowledge to be successful in your role, I'm sorry to see this was not achieved.
